Suzuki Katana 2 Stroke

The Suzuki Katana range took the motorcycling world by storm. In an era where bikes were all about round edges and traditional styling, the Katana cut a knife through the competition and showed the world whats really possible on two wheels.

Traditionally most people think of the 1100cc and 750cc Katana’s. But there was also a 250cc and 400cc model released specifically for the Japanese Domestic Market. The Katana in this video started life as a 1990’s Katana 250. Originally powered by a inline, 4 cylinder, 4 stroke. The engine was unfortunately in a bad way, and without the heritage of 750 or 1100 model, Adrenalyn Motorcycles didn’t feel too bad about adding a 2 stroke engine. This build was completed by Gavin Venter.
