Honda Wave 125i Sidecar

Have you ever seen one of these sidecars in South East Asia and wondered how they work? I know I have!

Thankfully I met an American bloke on instagram who owns a Honda Wave 125i, with a sidecar bolted onto it. He bought the Honda Wave brand new, and not long after had the sidecar attached. These sidecars can be many things, delivery vehicles, restaurants, taxis and more. For the owner of this one, Alan; he likes to use it for daily errands and his dog loves to jump in and come for a ride at any opportunity.

Alan helped answer a tonne of questions I had about these things, top speed, where the attachment points are, can two people ride on the bike still? It’s a fascinating insight to a world which doesn’t get much of a spotlight in the English language.
